1 cup warm water (110-120 degrees)
1 pkg (1 tbsp) active dry yeast
2 tbsps sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups flour
olive oil
coarse salt
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
1 sm onion thinly sliced
3/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsps crumbled bacon
1 tablespoon sesame or poppy seed
light dusting of garlic powder basil &/or oregano
Process dough in bread machine. When ready, punch down, place in bowl with olive oil to coat dough & allow to rise again. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread dough thinly on a baking sheet brushed with olive oil. Pierce top of dough with fork; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt & any other toppings desired. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Tear into serving size portions; serve warm.
